Custom Orthosis Fabrication: varying prices depending on the type of orthosis that is needed, $25 to $300

Travel Fee if your home resides 30 miles or more outside by hometown of Kernersville, there is a $10 fee for each 10 miles (Example: if you live in Greensboro and your home is 36 miles away then you would receive a travel fee of $10 per visit)
